- Return Time Limit
- Customers in the European Union & United Kingdom: You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or cancellation without providing any reason.
- Global customers (USA, Canada, Australia and other regions): You have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to apply for return or refund.
- Any return request beyond the above period will not be accepted.

We offer full refund or free return for the following situations:

- Order lost in transit or confirmed undeliverable by logistics.
- Non-Refundable & Final Sale Situations
The following cases are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

- Clearance items, personalized/custom-made products are final sale.
- Minor color difference, slight texture difference caused by shooting light and display difference.
- Delays caused by customs inspection, local logistics suspension, buyer detention, or policy control.
- Customer simply changes mind and wants to return intact products.
- Return Shipping Fee Rule
- Our fault (defective, wrong item, missing parcel): We cover the return shipping cost and full refund.
- Buyer personal reason return: The customer shall bear all return shipping fees. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

3. Wait for our official return approval and return address instructions.
4. Send back the package and provide return tracking number.
5. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

- Bank and credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to display in your account, depending on financial institution processing speed.
- Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled for free before shipment.
