All products you receive will match the main style, size and structure displayed on our product photos. Minor color differences may exist due to different screen displays, lighting during shooting, or slight batch production variations, which are not regarded as quality defects. If you receive items with obvious inconsistency, damage or wrong style, please contact our customer service within the valid return period with photos for support.
After your payment is confirmed, a digital order receipt will be automatically sent to your registered email address. You can also check your complete order record, payment receipt and transaction details by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” page. If you cannot find the receipt email, please check your spam or junk mailbox, or contact our support team to resend it.
1. Submit a return request via our official support email within the valid return window.
2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the item’s condition for our review.
3. Wait for our customer service to approve your return application and provide the authorized return address.
4. Ship the item back with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact, then send us your return tracking number.
5. We will inspect the returned goods and process your refund within 3–5 business days after receiving the package.
Some out-of-stock products will be restocked based on demand and supply cycles. You can leave your email on the product page to receive an automatic restock notification once the item is available. For limited-edition, clearance or customized goods marked out of stock, we generally will not replenish inventory permanently. You may browse our similar alternative products on the website
We offer international shipping to most countries and regions around the world. You can check the full list of deliverable countries at checkout before payment. We cannot deliver orders to restricted regions with shipping bans, military zones or areas under special logistics limits. Import duties and local customs fees for international parcels shall be borne by the buyer alone.
